1. Click on the "Application for Membership" below.
2. Download the Application, then complete it for submission.
4. Submit your completed application, along with a copy of your DD-214 and your first years dues of $35 to the:
Marine Corps League Detachment 767, PO Box 6325, Glendale, AZ 86312-6325
5. Thereafter, Annual Membership Dues are $35 and must be submitted prior to August 31st of each year.
